A. Team Meeting 1/21/20

  1. Can provide rides to meeting from 8:00-10:00 am
  2. Local businesses/car dealer/donate a vehicle
  3. Help people learn how to use Medicaid rides
  4. List of 10 people available to give rides/ 7 on specific days
  5. Ask Churches to donate gas cards
  6. Work with schools so Drivers Ed students can give rides
  7. Advocate to legislature
  8. Get volunteers to mesh with Bus Schedule/fill gaps
  9. Family/friends to commit/ sign up to give rides
  10. Active life bike program to get bikes donated
  11. Skateboard/roller skates
  12. Can give rides on Tuesday mornings from 9:00 am-12:00noon
  13. Carpool to events with neighbors
  14. Go to Senior Citizen Groups to solicit drivers
  15. High schoolers drive to support parents
  16. “Adopt a Family” to help another family
  17. Find a team committed to replicating Cider
  18. Community vehicle donation and facilitate volunteer drivers

B. Workshop #2 (3/3/20)

  1. Offer a ride

  3. Coordinate meetings like AA with bus schedule
  4. Develop a Ride Share Board
  5. See local churches provide transportation
  6. Provide vehicle for someone to take driver’s test
  7. Donate bikes
  8. People meet up and go together
  9. Free tokens for transportation
  10. Start fund to pay for insurance
  11. Meetings more local
  12. Provide funds for vehicle repairs
  13. Start local charity jars/ money drops
  14. Put ad in paper for drivers
  15. Social media for advertising for drivers/ vehicles
