Sally Greeno

Sally and her husband, raised two children in Swanton, VT. Sally now enjoys being a grandparent. Sally worked in manufacturing for over 30 years, starting at an entry-level position and worked her way up to upper management. Sally retired in 2013 and became very active in the community, volunteering with several groups with a key focus for prevention and community building. These volunteer activities include: Coordinator for the Tyler Greeno Fund; the Swanton Enhancement Committee/Substance Abuse (SA) Task Force; the FNWSU Tobacco Grant Committee; Franklin Promise Community Steering Co-Chairperson; Franklin/Grand Isle Community Partnership; Regional Prevention Partnership; ACES Prevention Group; and a Youth SA Group. Sally is a strong advocate that strives to not only hear everyone’s voice but to also understand that voice.  Sally believes that through understanding everyone’s voice, there is healing, mutual respect and a sense of belonging.
